Our month-of coordination services let you and your families relax and enjoy the lead-up to your big day. We'll handle vendors, create a detailed timeline, and take care of any last-minute hiccups.

We'll have three planning meetings leading up to the wedding,

and we'll start our detailed coordination services one month before the big day. A week before, we'll provide everyone with a detailed wedding packet containing all the need-to-know info

for the wedding party and family.

Lead Coordinator : Professional wedding planner who will lead the services for your event. Your lead coordinator will serve as the main point of contact leading up to and on the day of your event. Assistant Coordinator(s) : Wedding planner(s) who will assist the lead coordinator on tasks and services for your event. Setup & Strike Team : Designers and workhands that assist in event execution, such as decorating, tear-down, ceremony flips, and other miscellaneous tasks for your event.

We will create a custom detail packet and distribute important information to wedding participants and vendors

All wedding participants will be given an event detail packet. This multipage document will contain a detailed full-day timeline, digitized ceremony and reception layouts, and any more important day-of details. Execution

It's GAME TIME! Months of hard work finally pay off as you and your loved ones celebrate the night away!

The lead coordinator will assist the bride, groom, and their bridal parties with whatever necessary to complete their pre-ceremony tasks within the allotted timeframe. In addition, the coordination team will assist in remaining decor setup, coordinate with vendors as they arrive, etc. Our team team will complete a final check of all event areas to ensure everything is finished with complete client satisfaction. Once the event begins, our team will handle any issues that arise, as well as timeline management throughout the duration of your event.
